This is one of my own quilts! The quilt pattern is from Sew Kind of Wonderful, "Mod Cactus". The little curvy bits are all created from their Quick Curve Ruler Mini, with their ingenious methods. So many shapes are possible with just that one curve!
I pulled lots of greens and yellows for the cactus body, and a fun Kaffe Fasset for the very colourful flowers.
The background is a melody of low volume prints.
Bordered in Grunge "Cactus", everything in this quilt fits the "cactus" theme!
The digital edge to edge design is "Cactus Flower Clam Shell" from Christy Dillon.

The backing is a Ruby Star Society wide quilt back from Moda, "Camellia", which seems a great fit in desert colours and with a beautiful floral design.
The batting is Arctic Cotton/Bamboo for its beautiful drape, and a bit of loft to show the quilting stitches.
Glide "Prickly Pear" thread.
