Client Quilt - Embroidered Applique Scrappy

This very happy quilt is from the creative hands of @sbasswest.
Sylvia specializes in joyful things.  I absolutely adore the bright colours, flowery bits, dotty prints and stripes she works into her quilts.
And she loves Kaffe Fasset prints - especially fussy cutting some of the flowers, embroidering them and then appliqueing these onto her quilts.  Her scraps are bright and happy and there are also peeks of things like the keyboard in the photo above.
The block above features a very skinny green border - love the big impact skinny lines can have!
Flowers are in the prints and even more are decorated and added to the top.
The centre of the block above is just amazing - scroll closer for a better view of the beautiful embroidery!
The crisp lines of this timeless block, in bold print and colour, make my eyes very happy.
The backing for this one was pieced, with a glorious dark blue print and a lighter blue with whimsical flowers.  The quilting design - "Bobbing for Apples" shows really well on the back.  On the front, the digital design provides great texture.
The thread for this quilt is Hab 'n Dash Glide "Cloud".

The quilt is 63" x 63", the batting is Hobbs 80/20.  My Bernina Q24 with QMatic recorded just over 73,000 stitches in this happy quilt.
