This amazing client quilt is "Blue Sky Walk" from Kathleen Helsin. This was one of the three (!!!) quilts she had hanging at Quilt Canada 2023 that I quilted for her. (See Going Green and Spring posts) She had two other quilts juried in as well.
As detailed in her label, this piece was a product of a workshop with Patricia Belyea on continuous curves - her third quilt following that class. This is artistry in action!

The stitching thread is colour matched to the thread.
There are subtle variations in density of the curved quilting lines.
I absolutely adore the movement that the piecing and then the quilting bring to this piece.
The selection of Hab 'n Dash Glide Thread used in the quilt - Sea Green, Hot Pink, Tabriz Orchid, Sunshine, Lemon Ice, Papaya. The batting was a white cotton.
