Playing with Posh

It was a lovely warm fall day to hang some fun quilts on the clothesline!
I'm teaching a class early next year using Sew Kind of Wonderful's "Posh" patterns, using their Mini Curve ruler.  Above is "Posh Santa", below is "Posh Bunny".
The creativity of the @sewkindofwonderful team is amazing - one ruler makes all of these designs, and many more!
"Posh Lucky" is a beautiful wall hanging or table runner size, and I love the whimsical design.

Above is "Mini Pumpkins", also made with the same ruler.
The back of "Lucky" is a beautiful chartreuse dandelion.

Posh Bunny and Mini Pumpkins share the same spicy backing, they were double loaded on the frame on the same wide back.
Below you can see the two minis loaded side by side.  They had many of the same colours so they were also quilted with mostly the same threads.
Here is lucky just finished up having its straight lines quilted.
All of these quilts are made with the "QCR Mini" ruler.
All of the quilts were quilted with straight lines, random widths apart.  For Santa, Bunny and the pumpkins, I used thread colours to match the colours in the quilt, all in Hab 'n Dash Glide threads.  Below is the selection for Bunny.  I tried to have the same-ish ratio of colour that is in the quilt, as lines stitched.  So there are many lines of Papaya thread that matches the grunge tangerine background, and only a few of Sea Green to match the bow centre.

These quilts have Arctic's Poly Perfect batting, with a nice loft and flat lay.
