The pattern is from Kitchen Table Quilting - their "Violet Quilt" from a recent quilt-a-long.
And we had fun auditioning threads! The thread is pulled out to lay across different parts of the quilt. We looked at Glide, So Fine and Wonderful MasterQuilter threads. The photos don't quite do that background justice - the solid is Art Gallery's crisp solid, "Light Citron", a very bright lemony-limey colour.
The back for this quilt is magnificent too! The maker pieced this with a centre strip and then with another fabric, split the piece down the centre and added those on either side. I just love the magenta colour, and all of the flowers!
The digital design is "Diamonds are Forever"
And the thread is Superior So Fine's 534 - "Ferrari", a beautiful citron lemon-lime.
