Client Quilt - Metro Rings v1

Have I mentioned how amazing it is to quilt for others?  I get to work on so many interesting quilts!

This is the first of two Metro Rings quilts that arrived together, quilts by sisters.

Metro Rings is a design by Sew Kind of Wonderful.

Here it is on the frame.  I had just acquired the QCR Curvit ruler, before even knowing these quilts were arriving.  It works perfectly with the curves in the quilts.

I just love the feathery medallion in the white space!  Continuous Curves in all the itty bitty curvy pieces.  The melon centres have simple echoes.  In the corner squares, the echoed triangles create a nice star.

Here is the back ...

White Glide thread.
Bernina stitch count on this quilt:  just over 241,000 stitches.
