This is such a delightful client quilt! The design is from The Buggy Barn - a fun method of stack and slice. Echoes, swoops and swirls were the main quilting features on this beauty.
One block has a ghost flower ...
The texture on the back is pretty yummy!
The client had started to hand quilt this and wasn't happy with it, so she picked it out and brought it to me. Because it wasn't originally intended to go on the longarm, there wasn't much backing available for loading. Coping strips of muslin were sewn on all the edges of the quilt to get it loaded.
Superior Thread's Sew Fine thread on the top, Bottom Line for the bobbin. 95,321 hand-guided stitches.
